Clinical Hypnotherapy

“Hypnosis is a state of intensified attention and receptivity to an idea or a set of ideas.” Milton Erickson

Throughout our lifetimes, we can acquire limiting and unresourceful beliefs that prevent us from moving forward.  These then get installed into our "hardware" and can sometimes affect us unknowingly. Hypnotherapy is a tool to help move into more receptive modes of consciousness, where we can change those limiting thought forms and put into place more useful ones.  We do this by entering into a heightened and focused mindset, found when we enter particular altered states such as beta, alpha, delta and theta brainwave frequencies, where the mind is open, creative, and can more easily make beneficial changes.
